Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These terms apply to your use of signyourpdf.app, operated by Elowin Labs LLC. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

signyourpdf.app is a free tool for filling in PDFs and adding your own signature to them in your browser. It is provided as is and may change or stop at any time.

Signatures and legal effect

The tool places an image of the signature you make onto the page. It does not verify anyone's identity, add a certified digital signature or keep an audit trail. Whether a document signed this way is accepted is between you and the people you send it to. You are responsible for signing only documents you are entitled to sign and for checking the file before you rely on it.

Your content

Your documents stay yours, and we claim no rights in them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to forge signatures, to deceive anyone, or to break the law.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Elowin Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a document you filled or signed with the tool.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
